Our guidelines for rescheduling and canceling appointments to ensure fair access for all patients.
Cancellation Policy
Further to Tele Healths Website Ts and Cs, you agree that all appointments are subject to this Cancellation Policy.
1.1
We will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate any requested
changes to
appointment times received more than 72 hours prior to your
appointment.
1.2
We reserve the right to deem booking changes made within the 48
hours prior to
the appointment as a cancellation by you, in which case you will be
charged the
full amount of the fee payable for the relevant appointment – your
credit card
will automatically be charged such amount.
1.3
You accept that we or the professionals with whom you book may be
required to
reschedule appointments. If we require a booking time to be amended
for any
reason, you agree to discuss in good faith the rescheduling of any
appointment
you have made.
1.4
You agree that we and/or the professional with whom you have
booked is
entitled to cancel or terminate an appointment at any time
(including at any
time during an appointment) for any or no reason. If you are
notified of a
termination of an appointment due to circumstances beyond your
control (and you
have not breached these Website Ts & Cs), then you must immediately
comply with
our directions and we shall refund any part of the fees actually
paid by you
(provided you are not in breach of these Website Ts & Cs).
1.5
You acknowledge and accept that if you miss your scheduled
appointment, the
practitioner will attempt to contact you twice at the designated
time. If you
are unreachable despite these attempts, the session will be
considered completed
and full fee will be charged or no refund will be issued.
