Schedule 8 prescriptions (if issued) are valid for six months in accordance with Australian regulations.

For patients already registered and undergoing treatment.
The practitioner will review your current treatment plan, monitor your progress, and assess ongoing suitability.
Schedule 8 prescriptions (if applicable) remain valid for six months, in line with Australian regulations.
Where clinically appropriate, a new prescription with repeats may be issued.
Prescriptions can be sent directly to your nominated specialist pharmacy for convenience.

Issued following a Tele health consultation via phone or video for your convenience.
Suitable for work, study, or personal leave purposes.
Certificate is digitally signed and delivered via patient app and email on the same day.
Includes date(s) of recommended rest and practitioner’s notes, if necessary.
Valid Australia-wide and issued by an AHPRA-registered practitioner.

Conducted via Tele Health phone or video call — no need to visit in person.
Ideal for discussing mild symptoms, prescription refills, treatment adjustments, or health advice.
Includes clinical advice, ongoing treatment recommendations, or lifestyle guidance.
Can be used to request referrals, pathology requests, or non-urgent scripts (subject to eligibility).
Duration: up to 15 minutes with our AHPRA-registered practitioner.
